Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of receiving them (not accounting for weekends). Please note orders made after 8.00am will be processed and dispatched the next working day.
All our coffees are freshly roasted to order so we require at least one working day before we can despatch your order.
UK Delivery is made by the Royal Mail tracked delivery service (see details below) and is charged by total parcel weight (product + packaging). Please ensure you enter your address correctly, otherwise we cannot dispatch your parcel. International delivery is made with Royal Mail Standard International Track and Sign service.

Your order will be delivered within the date range you choose when you place your order, 1.5kg weight limit.
Dejava cannot be held responsible should local customs authorities confiscate any item or charge any import duty. We have indicated where possible of any charges that we are aware of however this is just a guideline as charges can change daily.
Parcel Weights
Please note, the weights shown on product pages refer to product weights only, and not the packed weight of the parcel item. As such, parcel weights are likely to be more than the combined weight of the items within.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive an email upon despatch of your order. All our delivery options are trackable, with the exception of International Standard and your despatch email will include a tracking link that will allow you to track your order.

Return Policy
Need to Return Your Purchase?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a full refund. You must contact us, either by telephone or email within 24 hours of receipt to inform us of your issue.
We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges unless the return was a result of our error.
You can return your purchase for up to 14 days from the purchase date. Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Opened coffee product will be exchanged for the same product only. Any coffee product that has been opened and/or used cannot be returned.

How will my return be credited back to me?
When you return your purchase to DejavaCoffee.com by mail within 14 days of purchase date, you will receive a full refund to your credit card for the price of the item(s). Items received more than 15 days after the purchase date will not be refunded.
Cancellations
Once your order has shipped it is no longer possible to cancel the order. If you would like to cancel an order prior to shipment, please call 0800 7723414 and we will refund the order in full.
